SECOND (Duplicate) PASSPORT

You should apply for a duplicate valid US Passport if:

• You have a valid US Passport in your possession, and you were 16 years or older when passport was issued
• You can show proof of need of second passport

If you qualify for this passport, follow this step-by-step process to obtain your passport.

1. Place your passport order
